Scribbles

Method
» Find a good cartoon image you want to make a scribble out of and paste it into Paint Shop Pro. I'm using the one below.

» Go to Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> Hue/Saturation/Lightness and put in the same settings as below. This will make your image lighter so you can see the outlines of the image better.
Click on the image to see it
» Make sure your layer palette is showing, if it isn't press F8 on your keyboard.
» Go to Layers >> New Raster Layer, the box below should come up. Leave the settings as they are and press OK.
Click on the image to see it
» Make sure you have the raster layer you just created selected like below.

» Select the Paint Brush tool
and put in the same settings as below.

» In black, go around the outline of your image carefully but making it look quite rough. You can go around twice to give it a more scribbled look if you want to. When you've finished, copy and paste the layer as a new image. You should see the black outline you created on a transparent background like below.

» Make sure they're no gaps in your black outline, if they're are fill them in with the Paint Brush tool. Select the Flood Fill tool
and fill in your scribble with colours.
» Save your scribble as a .gif.
