Method
» You must credit me if this tutorial helps you.
» Open up a new image in Paint Shop Pro with the same settings as below.
Click on the image to see it
» Select the Flood Fill tool
and fill in your image with the colour white like below.
» Select the Paint Brush tool
and put in the same settings as below.
Click on the image to see it
» In a colour of your choice, colour in the corners. Then with another colour, randomly put in strokes or dots like below.
» Go to Effects >> Texture Effects >> Fur. Put in the same settings as below. You can experiment with the settings to get different effects.
Click on the image to see it
» You can repeat it again to get a smoother effect.
» Save your texture as a .png.
